Fertility Yoga
What is Fertility Yoga?
You’ll be introduced to specific yoga postures aimed at flushing vital blood & oxygen to the reproductive organs, balancing hormones throughout your endocrine system, massaging internal organs and alleviating common menstrual disorders, ovarian and uterine problems. You’ll learn essential mind/body relaxation techniques for stress relief, and the art of meditation to deal with modern day society’s “Information Overload.” You’ll also have access to resources from Cobra Yoga’s Library of support materials. Fertility yoga sessions can be experienced alone, or with a partner.
Pre/Post Natal Yoga
What is Pre & Post Natal Yoga?
Prenatal Yoga: You’ll be introduced to specific prenatal yoga postures, geared to whichever trimester you’re in. You’ll open the hips, strengthen the pelvis, learn how to ease sciatic nerve pain, practice breath control for pain during labour, relaxation, meditations to honor & connect with your baby & more. We’ll prepare you for a conscious birth experience and help you create a customized yogic birth plan.
Postnatal/Mommy & Me Yoga: Reclaim your body ladies and bond with your newborn! Reshape your body and keep up your energy levels for the demands of new motherhood. We’ll discuss the post-partum period, welcoming the newborn, the father’s bond, breastfeeding support, shantala baby massage and more!
