Each Cobra yoga program is designed for you, and will focous on your current infertility issue, stress level, special need, body type, and your personal health & fitness goals.
Classes are private or semi-private and confidential, and save you the awkwardness of doing yoga in front of strangers at a gym or crowded yoga studio. You’ll get more one-on-one, focused, hands-on attention than you’d ever get going to a public class.
Together we’ll choose the day and time of your sessions, and a free consultation to determine your individual needs is included before your first session begins.
